Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet with shortening.
Remove chops from skillet and brown onion slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place chops in baking dish; pour sauce over chops and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
