Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. tepid water
    1 tsp. sugar
    5 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in tepid water with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Combine flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in butter.
    Add buttermilk,
    then yeast mixture to flour.
    Mix thoroughly and knead a few minutes on a floured board.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and cover while oven heats to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
