Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla or desired flavoring
Preparation
    Combine flour and milk in saucepan.
    Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly.
    Beat, in mixer, butter and vegetable shortening until smooth.
    Add flour mixture.
    Beat until all is the texture of whipped cream.
