Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir together everything but only 1/3 cup margarine and not the cornflakes.
    Pour into 3-quart baking dish. Mix remaining 1/3 cup margarine with the cornflakes. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
