Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Irish potatoes
    4 eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    4 Tbsp. Duke's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in chunks.
    Cover potatoes in water.
    Boil until done.
    Drain potatoes.
    Leave 2 or 3 tablespoons of water and then add chopped eggs, pimento and mayonnaise.
    Salt and pepper.
