Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. potatoes, cubed or sliced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Combine fat, flour, milk and salt; cook until thickened. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce in greased casserole dish.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
