Corn And Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken halves in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with seasonings.
In large bowl, combine stuffing mix, corn, water and butter.
Mix well.
Spoon over chicken.
In same bowl, combine soup, milk and parsley.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 more minutes or until stuffing is golden brown.
