Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes spinach
1 whole onion, diced
2 c. stuffing (Pepperidge Farm chicken and herb)
4 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme or oregano
1/2 c. butter
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Precook spinach and drain well.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill.
Roll into 1 inch balls and freeze on cookie sheet.
Place in plastic bags when thoroughly frozen.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Yield:
6 dozen.
