Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. stewed tomatoes
grated cheese
3/4 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
6 medium green peppers
Preparation

Parboil peppers 5 minutes.
Sprinkle inside of peppers with salt.
