Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. oleo or butter
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and oleo until crumbly.
Stir in oats; mix well and remove 1 1/2 cups for later.
Press rest into buttered 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
While this is baking, mix softened cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, then milk and vanilla, last lemon juice.
Beat well.
Pour over baked crust and sprinkle reserved mixture over top.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into 40 squares.
Any left?
Put in refrigerator.
