Buckeye Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar together with hands.
Roll into small balls.
Put on wax paper.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening together.
Dip ball 1/2 down into mixture and place on wax paper.
Refrigerate until chocolate is hard.
Store in airtight container.
Makes about 5 dozen.
