Chicken Soup With Semolena - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. finely ground semolena
    1 tsp. ground cardamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. boiled chicken meat (pieces)
Preparation
    Put the chicken broth in a saucepan over medium-high heat and add the onion; let it boil for 5 minutes.
    Put the semolena in 1/2 cup of water and mix, then add to the chicken broth and mix well to prevent clumping.
    Add the salt and cardamon, then simmer for 10 minutes.
    Finally, add the chicken meat; let boil for 2 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
