Italian Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and sliced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Roll eggplant in flour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry in oil until tender.
    Layer in casserole dish with tomatoes and cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until hot and cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
