Pineapple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    6 slices pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Drain pineapple and pour juice over chops.
    Top each piece of meat with pineapple slice.
    Cover pan, reduce heat and cook slowly for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and baste for last 5 minutes of cooking.
    Makes 6 servings.
