Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 or 4 potatoes
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Creole spice seasoning
1 Tbsp. paprika
light cooking oil spray

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Spray the potatoes with light spray.
Mix spices together, coat the potatoes evenly and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with light oil spray.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until crispy.
