Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    3 c. diced or shredded cooked chicken
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 flour tortillas
    1 jar salsa
    1 small jar black olives, sliced
    green onions, diced
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and half the dressing mix. Mix 1/2 of the dressing mix with the chicken and 1 cup of cheese, black olives and green onions to the mixture. Spoon onto tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Pour remaining half of the Ranch dressing over enchiladas. Top with salsa.
