Spiced Chicken With Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. clear honey
4 Tbsp. prepared German mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
3 lb. chicken

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt margarine in roasting pan.
Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry powder.
Remove from heat. Arrange chicken in pan, turning to coat with honey mixture.
Bake 1 hour.
Baste occasionally with honey mixture.
