Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 can condensed milk
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1 small bag Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed.
    Bake 1/2 the mix for 15 minutes in 13-inch baking dish which has been greased and floured at 350\u00b0.
