Best Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 beaten eggs
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together sugars, margarine and oil. Add beaten eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Roll mixture into small balls. Press these with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack and store in tight tin in the freezer if not used right away.
    Makes a lot of light, crispy cookies.
