Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    9 slices bacon, crumbled or bacon bits
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and dry.
    Rub with oil and bake directly on oven rack at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
