Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili peppers
    6 oz. Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    parsley sprigs
    corn chips
Preparation
    Reserve one artichoke heart and several pimento slices for garnish.
    Coarsely chop remaining hearts and pimento.
    In medium bowl mix artichokes, pimentos, mayonnaise, green chiles, cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Spoon into shallow 1 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
