Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

spaghetti sauce
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook eggplant as in recipe for Fried Eggplant.
Layer in baking dish or pan.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
Repeat until dish or pan is full. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is browned.
