Drop Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Blend well and add vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and soda together.
    Add to creamed mixture and blend.
    Drop with soup spoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Cool and store in cookie jar.
    They keep for weeks.
