Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 c. cream-style corn
1 1/3 c. canned milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients except egg whites.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Done when knife inserted comes out clean.
