Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh grated lemon rind
1 3/4 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
Preparation

Blend cornstarch and sugar.
Mix in juice, then egg yolks. Pour into boiling water.
Stir well and cook over low heat until thick, about 5 to 10 minutes.
After mixture thickens, stir in butter and rind.
Remove from heat and cool.
