Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced (powder okay)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can whole unpeeled tomatoes
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    In a 2-quart saucepan add browned meat, garlic and pepper.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes (I liquefy them in the food processor), tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Boil lasagna noodles 8 minutes; drain.
    Spray a glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam. Pour 1/3 of sauce mixture in dish.
    Cover with lasagna noodles. Add grated Mozzarella cheese over noodles and spoon Ricotta over cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce and top with Parmesan cheese (if desired).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let set 5 minutes and serve.
