Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    salt, pepper and paprika
    2 Tbsp. water
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    10 whole cloves
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 or 6 orange slices
Preparation
    Brown chops well on both sides (medium-high) about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn heat to low and add water; cover with lid.
    Cook 45 minutes; turn often.
