Soyteena - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry soy beans
    2 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 stalk celery
    1/4 c. yeast flakes
    1/2 medium onion
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Soak
    soy
    beans
    overnight.
    Rinse and drain.
    Combine ingredients and
    blend
    until smooth.
    Remove from blender and add 1 cup cornmeal.
    Place in sprayed can and cover.
    Place in crock-pot with 1 inch of water.
    Steam on high 4 hours.
