Chocolate-Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. nonfat buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine buttermilk and next 3 ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until blended.
    Spoon into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on a wire rack.
