Turkey Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
    Add turkey and cook, stirring until light brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
    Yields 4 servings.
