Sour Creamed Sugared Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Mix sour cream and sugar in pan.
Heat to 223\u00b0, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir rapidly until mixture has coated nuts. Spread on tray (wax paper).
Separate and let cool.
