Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    1 c. thinly sliced radishes
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 oz. chopped lean cooked ham
    2 oz. chopped turkey breast
    2 (1 oz.) slices low-fat process American cheese, diced
    1 (1 oz.) slice low-fat Swiss cheese, diced
    2 small tomatoes, chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill. Pour Thousand Island dressing over vegetable mixture; toss gently to coat.
    Top with ham and remaining ingredients.
    Serving size: 1 1/2 cups.
