Baked Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
7 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 c. milk
1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Stir together well.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
