Pork Roast With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. pork roast
    1 large can or pkg. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Roast pork until done.
    Save drippings to make drippings gravy.
    Lift roast out of roaster; place on platter.
    Saute sauerkraut in frypan or skillet with a couple of tablespoons butter and 2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar.
    Cook on low heat until well blended or about 30 minutes.
    Place this around roast after slicing.
