All-Bran Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 c. all-bran
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, well beaten
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour 1 1/2 cups scalded milk over the first 4 ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup milk.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast to lukewarm milk.
    Add yeast and milk to first mixture.
    Add the eggs and then flour.
    Work in a cup at a time as you may not need all the flour.
    Knead and put in a greased bowl.
    Grease top and cover with warm moist towel.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
