Tater Tot Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. Tater Tots
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion; drain.
    Add soups, vegetables, rice, water, celery, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in a few Tater Tots.
    Put the rest on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
