Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 can creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix together corn meal, flour, oil, egg, sugar, corn and cottage cheese.
    Place half of mixture into pan.
    Sprinkle with half of the Cheddar cheese.
    Spread on the chilies.
    Cover with the rest of mixture and sprinkle the rest of cheese on top.
