Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and cocoa. Stir in milk in large saucepan. Heat to boiling. Boil until soft-ball stage. Remove from heat. Beat in butter and vanilla. Beat until thick and loses some of its gloss. Pour into buttered dish and let harden by letting it cool.
