Ham-Cheese-Egg Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain croutons
    4 slices wheat bread
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. boiled ham, diced
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine bread, ham and croutons.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard; set aside. Combine both cheeses with ham and croutons.
    Toss.\tPour eggs and milk over all.
    Sprinkle a few croutons on top.\tPour melted butter over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Last 15 minutes, remove foil.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
