Salmon Quiche Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust according to package directions.
    Form dough into 36 (1-inch) balls.
    Place ball in mini muffin pan cup; press dough to shape tarts.
    Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and eggs until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Fill tart shells with salmon mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 36 appetizers.
