Chicken Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken breast
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 carrot
    1 celery rib
    1/3 chopped onion
    1/3 stick margarine
    1 can creamy potato soup
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil chicken breast until tender, reserving 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.
    Chop carrot, celery and onion in food processor or very fine.
    Saute the vegetables in 1/3 stick of margarine.
    Add chicken broth and cook about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Add potato soup; heat throughly and add the Velveeta cheese, which has been cut into pieces.
    Simmer until cheese is melted and stir in sour cream.
