Beef Tenderloin Rib Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast
Preparation
    Mix spices together and rub generously over both sides of roast.
    Place on rack in an uncovered pan and place in 450\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Both ends will be well done and middle will be medium.
    Slice and serve with Dijon mustard or Horseradish Sauce.
