Rosa'S Christmas Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. almond flavoring
3 lb. candied pineapple
2 cans condensed milk
3 or 4 lb. chopped pecans
3 lb. canned cherries
3 boxes vanilla wafers, crushed
1 lb. chopped dates (optional)
Preparation

Chop or cut up cherries, pineapple, dates and nuts.
Crush vanilla wafers and mix with fruit and milk.
Add flavoring.
Mix well with hands.
Pour in tube pan or other.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
