Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    4 egg whites, beaten stiffly
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in order except nuts and egg whites. Beat well.\tAdd nuts.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into an ungreased tube pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or a few minutes longer.
    Let cool in pan before turning out on plate.
