Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Put cheese out at room temperature to get soft.
    Blend all ingredients except only use half of the nuts.
    Roll the cheese ball in the extra chopped nuts.
    Before serving, let the cheese ball sit out so it will spread smoother on crackers.
