Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (drained)
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Put pineapple in large baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and cheese. Sprinkle on pineapple. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
