Blueberry Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain blueberries and pineapple; reserve juices.
    Add water to juices to equal 1 cup. Add juices and water to gelatin.
    Stir in blueberries and pineapple; pour in 2-quart shallow pan.
    Chill in refrigerator until firm.
    Blend cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread over firm gelatin mixture.
    Sprinkle with pecans and chill until ready to serve.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
