Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 hot jalapeno peppers
2 c. self-rising meal
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation

Mix in order given, using 1 cup cheese in mix and 1 cup on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Bake in iron skillet or teflon pan.
