Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
    Sift half the dry ingredients into sugar mixture.
    Blend.
    Sift remaining dry ingredients alternately with eggs, one at a time, into mixture, mixing well each time.
    Add carrots and mix well.
    Pour into lightly oiled 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
