Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 boned chicken breast halves
    4 or 5 slices boiled ham
    4 or 5 slices Swiss cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts out to 1/4-inch thick.
    Wrap each breast around 1 slice of ham and slice of cheese.
    Secure ends with a toothpick.
    Roll each secured chicken breast in potato chips.
    In skillet, lightly brown in butter.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Mix soup, sour cream, sherry and mushrooms.
    Pour sauce over chicken, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
